I’ve got a bit of an ulterior motive for you in sharing this piece of creative nonfiction. Tomorrow, STORGY is publishing a piece that I wrote, so I thought I’d feature the incredibly company I’ll be keeping by sharing “The Onus” by Elizabeth Wright. Normally I’m more attracted to more narrative pieces, but Wright does such a gorgeous job describing her experience that I fell in love with this essay anyway. It provides such incredible insight to her experience, and experience I’m sure a lot of people are sharing, that I couldn’t help but be entranced by it. Go read it. And then go to STORGY again tomorrow to read my piece 😉
